On Tuesday Dec 11th G 11 SAT G class went on a field trip to Sugar Rush
Bakery were they had the chance to experience the baking process and
relate it to the biochemistry class as type of fermentation, the
students had the chance to help the chief and watched all stages of
making a sponge cake, and taste it at the end :)
they went home so exited about the experience and had to solve a work sheet prepared for that aim.
